Problem Statement: Delayed possession of flat also Car parking lot not given in spite of paying 85% amount of his hard-earned money out of pocket by relying on the assurances of the builder. 


Detailed Case Description: Delay in possession of Flat (property) in violation of Registered Agreement dated 25/03/2015 that said possession to be given within 18 months. 85% of work was completed during the agreement so full payment was done by the complainant. Refusal to hand over stilt/covered parking, Alterations are done without the consent of allottees in violation of S.14, OC received in October 2019 but RERA possession date is postponed to 2022


Documentation: Builder buyer agreement, email correspondence with the builder by the purchaser, Legal notice to the Builder, Builder reply to that legal notice, Postal Receipts.
