Detailed Case Description: Delay in possession of Flat (property) in violation of Registered Agreement dated 25/03/2015 that said possession to be given within 18 months. 85% of work was completed during the agreement so full payment was done by the complainant. Refusal to hand over stilt/covered parking, Alterations are done without the consent of allottees in violation of S.14, OC received in October 2019 but RERA possession date is postponed to 2022
